PERSONAL VOLUNTEERING
POWER employees will have access to 8 hours of Volunteer Time Off (VTO) after 90 days to volunteer with organizations and causes they are passionate about during work hours.
Submit your VTO under the “Make A Request” feature in Nitro, and receive approval from your manager in advance of the volunteer opportunity.
TERRITORY VOLUNTEERING
If you’re looking to bring people from your office together for a larger volunteer opportunity, reach out to your Giving Circle Ambassador(s). They have connections with your office’s Circle for Good partner, and can help find the right opportunity for you!
