Power is passionate and intentional about partnering
with organizations that embody the values within our walls.
By supporting organizations that are creating positive change in our world,
we’re fulfilling our greater purpose of
realizing the potential of the communities we live and work in.
In 2024, POWER employees raised $2.26M through personal donations. Over the lifetime of the partnership, over $9.86M has been raised to help find long-term cures and treatments for pediatric cancer.
To make an unwavering commitment, POWER created the “Power the Cure” fund at Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. Donations within this fund will help support various ALSF innovative therapy grants that take a novel and promising approach to finding cures for childhood cancers. With this fund, hundreds of children – many with their last chance of survival – will be able to enroll in the most innovative and targeted treatments available.

For ‘National Teacher Appreciation Day’, POWER partnered with DonorsChoose, an education nonprofit that helps to fund public school teacher’s requests for school supplies – whether they be books, markers, science kits, sports equipment, or snacks. By giving teachers the tools they need, we are helping to foster potential around us.
During an all-company Town Hall, POWER put the power into the hands of our people by allocating each employee $150 dollars and asking them to choose what type of school supplies they would like to help a teacher in a local classroom provide for their students.
As a result, POWER donated a grand total of $500,000 in one day, and POWER employees’ donation choices helped 1,450 teachers, and funded projects at 1,048 different public schools across our local communities.
